In addition, The Brickerie, LLC is opposed to unauthorized commercial e-mail delivery, otherwise known as spam. Spam blows. The Brickerie, LLC only collects user-provided personally identifiable information. To register online for one of our electronic newsletters, we request the following required information: (i) name, and (ii) e-mail address. The provision of an e-mail address is mandatory in order to receive our newsletter.

To contact The Brickerie, LLC for the purposes of evaluating or engaging our services or to answer your questions, we utilize numerous forms throughout our site. Required information varies depending on the form and at most includes name, address, billing address, payment information, and e-mail address. The provision of this information is mandatory in order to receive a response from The Brickerie, LLC. The provision of the remaining information requested on the registration form is optional.

DOES THE BRICKERIE, LLC SHARE MY INFORMATION?

The Brickerie, LLC will not share, rent, or sell your personally identifiable information with anyone. That’s gross.

HOW DOES THE BRICKERIE, LLC USE MY INFORMATION?

TRACKING:

The Brickerie, LLC uses various marketing tools that help us create a better user experience for people visiting our site. These tools allow us to look at aggregated data such as scrolling patterns, clicks, and allow us to run tests to determine which pages result in the best actions. I don’t do that a lot because I’m usually up to my elbows in concrete and filthy from actually making the bricks you order. However, your personally identifiable information is not used by any of these tools and you should know that.

REMARKETING:

The Brickerie, LLC uses remarketing tracking cookies and conversion pixels from vendors such as Google and Facebook to present special offers to you for our products or services over the Google Content Network and via social networks. This means you may see an ad for one of our products or services as a result of visiting our website. Not likely that this will happen since I’m against ads, but who knows? Your personally identifiable information is not used by any remarketing service other than to present you special offers from us. The following are the remarketing tools we use: Facebook, Instagram, Google, MailChimp.

WHAT IF THERE ARE CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY AND SPAM POLICY?

If we change our Privacy and Spam Policy, we will post those changes on our privacy page at http://www.thebrickerie.com/privacy-policy/. If at any point we decide to use personal information in a manner different from that stated at the time it was collected, we will notify users by way of an e-mail. Users will have a choice whether or not we use their information in this new manner. By default we will use information in accordance with the Privacy and Spam Policy under which the information was collected.

SPAM POLICY:

The Brickerie, LLC is strongly opposed to spam. We will only send e-mail to users that have explicitly requested to receive an e- mail from The Brickerie, LLC. Examples may include:

  • Opt-in subscribers to The Brickerie, LLC’s Newsletter
  • Users that complete a contact form E-mailed communication of quotes, scope of work, or other required or requested documentation
  • All communication relevant to what you have requested
